A non-profit corporation organized for the purpose to serve as the national governing body for the sport of water polo in the United States under the auspices of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC). The mission of USA Water Polo shall be to increase the respect and recognition of the sport of water polo throughout the United States and the World by developing and promoting the sport to increase participation by players, coaches, referees and volunteers; conduct National Championships and international competition; select, train and finance USA National and Olympic Teams and win medals in Olympic, World Championship and Pan American Games. |
